I have a passion for a people first approach and a genuine care for the people I work with which drives my behaviours. I always aim to be consistent and authentic which I believe brings confidence in me along with my professionalism, high standards and morals - being secure in my values allows me - to be me.

Only the curious have something to find - I’m driven to learn more, and be better, and enjoy finding new books, articles, courses and opportunities to expand my knowledge.
In 2016 I graduated from University of Birmingham with an MSc in Sport Coaching and in a busy year also completed the UEFA A Licence with the English FA.

A career in development and education (alongside coaching) has enabled my communication skills to flourish, a good active listener alongside the ability to get people thinking deeply through questioning. With a deep understanding of coaching I like to ensure there is a good balance of evidence informed practice - you could say a ‘pracademic’! I’m really interested in how people learn, particularly as a member of a team and how that learning process interacts and is impacted by others.
